Donating & selling

Area 25 accepts luxury designer furniture and home decor that meets its quality standards; consignors start with an online consignor application. Items are split 50/50 with a 90 day contract period. About 30 days after an item sells, the consignor is contacted by email or phone when the check is available for pickup. If an item has not sold by the end of the contract period, it must be picked up within 7 days or it will be donated. Pricing requires the place and date of purchase, purchase price, make or manufacturer, any signatures or marks, condition and measurements. Area 25 sets the final price after receiving the item, using that information and fair market value, and consigned items are subject to additional discounts throughout the consignment period. Items must be cleaned before delivery or an additional fee applies, and Area 25 is not responsible for theft or damage. For status updates, email contact@area25dallas.com instead of calling; allow up to one week for a response.
